Growing up Sunday night dinners were my favorite. There’s something about having time to go to the store and casually cook without the rush of a weekday that relaxes me. A great way to end one week and start another, I try to incorporate this tradition with my friends when I am in town for a weekend. With a menu that featured a few grilled items and some early seasonal fruit and veggies, this meal was just right for the end of sunny and cool spring weekend.
