Last week’s dinner club celebrated Tapas. We had quite a mix of food with less effort than usual as everyone brought a dish to share. I can’t wait to see what we all come up with for the next one. You can see the menu below!
Tapas-style Dinner Club
Starters:
Baked goat cheese in marinara with garlic bread
Baba Ganoush with fresh vegetables and pita bread
Main:
Mediterranean shrimp salad with feta and a mustard vinaigrette
